I work with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, stress, worry, uncertainty, sadness, and depression. By providing a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment clients are better able to understand themselves and their relationships. Clients are also able recognize their inner strengths and develop new skills and techniques that they can use to maintain their sense of well being long after they leave therapy.
